Membership Policy

1. Memberships below the age of 18 years are required to obtain parental/guardian’s consent upon registration, failing of which, Oscar Cycling Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to refuse entry to any applicant under the age of 18.
2. Members of Oscar Cycling are not allowed to share their account with another person. Oscar Cycling Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to terminate the membership if found evidence that suggest foul play by the said member.
3. The membership credit is not transferable to another person/member at any point of time.
4. Oscar Cycling Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

Return & Refund Policy

1. No refund can be made once the payment is received and credit added to your account.
2. If you believe your credit is not being added to your account accurately after a successful payment, please kindly drop us an email at oscarcycling@gmail.com with your account email and payment information.
3. We will add the missing credit to your account if we discovered technical issue upon investigation.
4. We will automatically refund credit to your account if the session that you booked has been canceled due to various circumstances.
5. You can no longer cancel the seat(s) you booked 3 hours or less before class started.
6. Oscar Cycling Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

Privacy Policy

1. Personal data means any data that, either on its own or jointly with other data, can be used to identify a natural person. You directly provide us with such data when you use our websites, products, or services, or interact with us by, for example, creating an Oscar Cycling account or contacting us for support.
2. We may also obtain data by recording how you interact with our websites, products, or services. For example, we may use technologies like cookies or receive use data from software running on your device.
3. We may use your personal data for the following purposes:
   – Creating an account.
   – Fulfilling your transaction or service requests, including fulfilling orders; fulfilling your requests for changes or providing you with the requested information; and providing technical support.
   – Contacting you with your consent; sending you information about products and services that may interest you; inviting you to participate in Oscar Cycling activities (including promotional activities), market surveys, or satisfaction surveys; or sending you marketing information. If you do not want to receive these types of information, you can opt out at any time.
   – Sending you important notices, such as installation of and updates to operating system or application.
   – Providing you with customized user experience and content.
   – Analyzing the efficiency of our business operations and evaluating market share.
   – Troubleshooting when you send us error reports.
   – Synchronizing, sharing, and storing the data you upload or download and the data needed for the uploading and downloading.
   – Ensuring the security of our products, services and customers or users, executing and improving our loss prevention and anti-fraud programs.
   – Complying with and enforcing applicable legal requirements, industry standards and our policies.
4. Oscar Cycling Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

Waiver and Release of Liability

1. In consideration of my use of the exercise equipment and facilities provided by the company, I expressly agree and contract, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, that the company and its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death) sustained by me, or my guest in, on, or about the premises, or as a result of the use of the equipment or facilities, regardless of whether such injuries result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of the company.
2. By the execution of this agreement, I accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to me or my guest, and I hereby fully and forever release and discharge the company, its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment and facilities.
3. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, of any person or entity, that may arise from injuries or damages sustained by me or my guest.
4. I agree to be solely responsible for safety and well being of my guest and myself. I understand that the company does not provide supervision, instruction, or assistance for the use of the facilities and equipment.
5. I agree to comply with all rules imposed by the company regarding the use of the facilities and equipment. I agree to conduct myself in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times, and to refrain from using any equipment in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose.
6. I understand and acknowledge that the use of exercise equipment involves risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death.
7. I understand and agree that the company is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, or damaged while in, on, or about the premises.
8. I understand and agree that my use of the facilities and equipment is only to be undertaken on my own personal time, and that my use of the facilities and equipment is not within the course or scope of my employment.
